I found it odd that they rotated my tires when I brought my car in for an oil change especially since it had only been six weeks since I had my winter tires removed.

I bought my 2016 Toyota Tacoma last year late September, at that time I didn’t ran the A/C comes this summer the A/C doesn’t work at all , the dealer tells me that their will be a charge to check the issue, also a have some clicking noise and they tell me that there’s a charge for the repairs , so my question is what’s the point of buying the extended insurance and a vehicle use 55k haven so many issues???? Sure charge to for your lemon . Be my last time doing any services and or buying any vehicles at your location.

The social distancing is difficult for an older person with mobility issues, it would have been easier if the was information available before I got there about what to do and where to go.

I am pleased with your management of COVID measures for safe distancing/non contact, it went smoothly for me, however it is not user friendly for older or not technologically adaptable customers that I witnessed. I feel that $227 is an excessive amount to pay for “just looking” and not actually being able to fix the problem. If this amount was being deducted from the overall cost when the part comes in and is re-serviced it would sit better with me.
