Very safety minded and practiced. Smooth transaction. Work was warranty related, so, no charge but had there been, the payment kiosk is easy to use. Thanks!

So I had my car in for a recall last week, which was completed quickly and efficiently. But today I noticed that my lower front grille was missing, and I had barely driven the car since bringing it in... I called the dealership a little upset, wondering what had happened and if they'd accidentally removed it. Not only did they take a serious look around for it, but they even went as far as showing me camera footage of the car being driven out of the shop... with the grille still in place! I must have lost it somewhere driving. A big thanks to Michael and the others who went above and beyond to ensure my peace of mind, guess I need to go grille shopping :P
