Long wait after i was called to say the car was done.

After i was called to come and pick the car we got there in about 20 minutes. You offered a free car wash. The car did not get washed. i did not get a code for the Kiosk so i had to chase people around for 25 minutes before the tech came out with my paperwork. Not a big deal, but you asked.

My car was in for a recall and was handled quickly and efficiently. I delivered the car at 9:00am and it was ready by lunchtime. The collection / checkout was also efficient.

Overall checkup with lube oil and filter and a cabin filter replacement was recommended and completed. Work appears to be done fine. Once completed it took almost half an hour to get notification and be able to go. I am an out of town customer and was waiting for it.

I had the service#2 done on 2019 Camry LE. I also had them check for poor acceleration at low speeds and they reprogrammed the memory & now OK. The left rear mudflap screws weren't installed properly at the factory, & it was rectified also. I had to leave my vehicle overnight.

Vehicle was done when promised. Due to COVID-19, pickup was unique-had to use a contactless self serve kiosk to pay and receive keys. It was super easy and everyone was really great.
