Extremely impressed with the Service Department

Extremely impressed with the Service Department here and especially Darryl Degraw. After having my vehicle in at South West Chrysler for a noise in my speakers, they informed me that they were unable to hear the sound after doing an "ear check". I took it to Oxford Dodge and Darryl had the technicians do numerous tests on the sound system and found the problem right away. I was the most impressed that he took the time and listen to my concerns but most importantly fix the issue. Thank you Oxford Dodge.

I felt very comfortable walking in to the dealership and from the moment I came in was treated well. The staff are friendly and helpful and I look forward to having my truck serviced there for years to come. Andrea was the best,she made buying my new truck pleasurable.
