Andrea was very considerate of our finances, and showed us a variety of options to best fit our needs. She was patient and knowledgeable making us feel very confident in our decisions. After shopping at a number of different dealerships, we returned to Oxford Dodge in order to specifically work with Andrea. We are very happy with our purchase, and when we are in the market for another car later this year, we will definitely return. Thanks for making this experience special for us! It was a big deal to our family.

I booked an appointment to have regular maintenance and I had noticed the car was missing or a bit sluggish on acceleration and I wanted it checked out. I brought the car in for 10 am. At 4 I call to find out when I could pick it up as I had not heard from anyone that it was ready or that there was a problem. I was disconnected a couple of times but did get through and was told the peace of mind check was done but no other assessment had yet been done. For that to be done this appointment the car needed to be left overnight. Perhaps if this was the first time I had this experience I may have felt less concerned but this was a deja vu experience with this service department. I have as I am sure you are aware spoken to the service manager in the past about my previous concerns. Before buying this car I had never had service done at a dealership. In my previous service experiences the car was assessed first thing and if there were issues I was notified right away. If they needed the car all day they gave me a loaner. If the work could not be completed in one visit or if parts had to be ordered and there would be a delay all of this was laid out so I plan accordingly. To be honest I feel like taking the car to this dealership for service is like deciding if I need to go to Emerg. Is what i need worth the time it will inevitably take. I also am concerned about the quality of the work when it all seems so inefficiently managed and I feel at the end its all a big rush because I want my car back. Not a good feeling.

Scott was friendly he was easy to work with. I found the service people to be friendly. They were flexible to my schedule, stayed well past close on a Friday for me and my wife to test drive our jeep. I would definitely do business with them again.

I suspected a problem with the brakes and knew my heating/cooling system had an issue. Both of those were looked after, but the mechanic also found a coolant leak which could have caused greater problems down the road. Unfortunately, I could not get the shuttle out of town to my home, but Mike did arrange a shuttle to the nursing home where my husband lives. Lunch and the afternoon with him was an unexpected pleasure.

Dropped my van off, and despite a squirrel getting into the electrical system and ruining the network, Mike got me in and out of there very quickly using the old paper workorders. Very happy with the service.

Had troubles with air conditioner vents making banging noises on Caravan. Darryl was great and the service team found the problem, fixed it fast and the price was reasonable.
