Greatly appreciated the phone call with details of repairs needed and costs. Unfortunately the costs were much higher than expected.

Not happy customer re the Inspection for Rust protection

Hello Morgan I am glad you followed up here as we are not happy customers at this time. We one 2 Chrysler vehicles and have them serviced their regularly. We bought our Chrysler van new in 2010 and invested in the Rust protection program for our van as we were encouraged to do so. My husband took our van in a few months back for inspection and they found no rust they said I found 1 spot upon inspecting myself so upon having our Transmission service done on pat Monday we also booked for inspection of rust again.. My husband was told the rust protection agreement does not cover the area of the rust and said we would have to pay to have it fixed if we chose to. Clearly we were upset witht his answer and thus my reason for the comment above. Why spend extra money to cover the rust if it does not live up to the agreement or maybe we were not informed properly of what coverage is included. Needless to say we owend a GM product earlier for my son and they lived up to regular yearly inspections and repairing as needed. Please review and advise what can be done to rectify this situation Home number 519-666-1268 my spouse is Robert and my name if Debbie.

Wayne assisted us with buying a new truck. He was honest and easy to work with. We felt a real connection with him and the delearship. From our test drive to completing the paperwork the entire process was stress free. I would highly recommend Wayne to friends and family for their vehicle needs.

Great Dealership, Great Staff

Stopped in a week ago to see if they had a Diesel Pickup that would meet my needs or if I would have to order one, they had exactly what I wanted in stock and it was the correct colour too. Got a great deal on my trade in and picked up the truck I wanted. Craig was my sales person and he was excellent to deal with and made the process very easy to do. All the staff at Oxford Dodge were nice folks and they keep their dealership clean. I'll definitely be going back again.

Warranty repair

I needed a warranty repair of the cruise control. It was handled quickly and efficiently. My wife was impressed by the care for cleaning the boot smudge on the floor where the technician had gotten into the van. That kind of attention to detail made her say "we are definitely buying our next vehicle here." Keep up the great service!
