The overall experience was great

The overall experience was excellent before the bill was presented. Some of the numbers were hard to understand as it was a used car being sold with a new car computer program. The sales person took a lot of time trying to explain were the numbers came from. I was also given the car to drive on some errands and to go for lunch.

Really pleased with the service I get from Honda. Trevor is always courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had been hit on my back bumper, I brought the car to Trevor next day for an assessment - he assessed what I needed, quoted a price and set my mind at ease. Thank you Trevor!

Service to perform an airbag recall done on time and snow tires done with an oil and filter change. I was very pleased with the level of expertise and recommended repairs from diagnosis. I appreciated the honesty about not getting a car wash in the weather conditions.

The team at Brantford Honda is absolutely incredible! This was our first time purchasing an automobile and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Every person we've dealt with at this dealership goes out of their way to ensure customer happiness and satisfaction. We were fortunate enough to have had an awesome salesman. Jon Kirk was extremely professional, kind and made us feel completely confident in our decision. Krista Pikula (finance manager) had a great attitude and answered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly and without hesitation. Everyone in the service department has been awesome as well. This dealership is full of very friendly and accommodating people who clearly love their jobs. We will continue to recommend this team and dealership to everyone we know who is thinking of buying a car. Thanks once again and mad props on an amazing job well done!

Best dealer experience ever!

Purchased a used vehicle and dealt with a fantastic and knowledgeable sales rep. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into a decision and they worked with me at my pace in the decision making process. Vehicle pickup was the most pleasant in my years of experience. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Have definitely earned a repeat customer.

The service provided by brantford honda were great. This was my first new used vehicle purchase from a dealership and they made me feel welcome and part of their family. They even helped me with a repair bill that I had after purchase. Would I go back to them. Definitely. Would I recommend them to others. Of course. The service I received was one of a kind.

I had to purchase new tires. Adam explained the difference between various brands and the promotions. The tires were installed within the specified period. Bob ,the shuttle operator dropped me off and picked me up as scheduled. What a gentleman! I always deal with either Trevour or Adam. They are the epitomy of courtesy. I can trust them. That is the reason I have been coming to Brantford Honda instead of going to Sterling Honda which 10 minutes from where I live.

Trevor allowed sufficient time to get all necessary information needed from me to get the vehicle in the shop and completed with no complications. He let me know when my vehicle was ready for pick up and ensured that I had the necessary papers for my records. Overall it was a great first experience and I look forward to servicing my vehicle in the future at Brantford Honda.
