Our purchase of the 2014 was very well handled by the sales person Ellen. The process was efficient with delivery of the vehicle on time and as agreed to at the initial purchase meeting. Confirmations were also received via e-mail which was an added plus. The final agreed to price was a fair process; and the vehicle to this point has been a pleasure to drive. Sean & Lori

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a used car at Honda Dealership. Ellen was very helpful and gave us the best price. The whole deal closed within 30mins including test drive. She provided all the service records available and made sure all the work was done on the car prior to my pickup. Excellent.

I met with the pre owned sales staff who guided me through the purchase of my new Honda Odyssey. All of my questions were answered and we negotiated a fair price. This is the second time I have purchased a Honda and I have never been disappointed.

I came in to look at one civic first so we looked at it drove it abs I didn't like and she right away stayed looking for something that was in my price range and what I wanted she pushed for the deal I wanted and that's what made the sale for me. She talked with be after when I brought it back for a small fix and after to make sure it was done over all it was a pleasant experience.

We are long term customers of Brantford Honda, but this was the first time we have dealt with Ellen, and the experience was very rewarding. We went to Honda looking for a used family vehicle, had no idea what we wanted, what was out there or what we could afford. Ellen provided us with four different options of vehicles with different price points, kilometers and features to really make sure we had a big picture understanding of what we needed and what options were out there. The first car we looked at, the first van we drove was the car we bought, but as first time buyers of a vehicle we were apprehensive, she willingly went through multiple different financing options with us until we arrived at a plan we were comfortable with. We never felt rushed or like we burdened her with our huge list of questions, and as a result we drove away feeling taken care of, secure in our decision and more than ecstatic to be in our new vehicle….the chocolate and detailing was also a really nice touch!
