Ellen was recommended to me by my family members and she was great! She was so helpful prior to the purchase of my car and has continued to stay in contact with met to ensure any questions I may have are answered. Buying my first car was a breeze and my family and I will definitely be going back to see Ellen for our next vehicles!

Came in to the serive doors needed a oil change and I had notice in the passed a wet look where my engine connects with the transmission and honda mech. Depart was able to explain what and why that was. They quick, efficient and while I waiting for the oil change to be completed. I was able to talk to the service desk associate about summer tires. I plan on coming here to get my summer tires inspected and installed for I feel the ppl here are very knowledgeable and most of all honest. Thank you brantford honda for making my service apartment a great experience

Staff explained what they were doing and it is a very comfortable waiting room. Just wish it wouldn't take that long for an oil change.
