Long wait for the car but the overall experience at Brantford Honda was great. Jon was thorough in helping us pick a vehicle and then showing me how to work it when it finally arrived. Krista in finance was awesome too explaining our options. If only I didn't have to wait almost 4 months for my car!

Fine service, no car wash

I got an oil change last night and while the service was done as expected (though it was almost 1.5 hours), I was very disappointed to realize I didn't receive my complimentary car wash. I was told when I dropped my vehicle off that it would be done, and my bill also notes the "complimentary car wash", however, there was no wash given. I was upset with myself for not going back in to request it be done before I left, but by that time I just wanted to go home.

Polite assistance. Took longer than I was told, and I wasn't sold on the idea that I needed such expensive services.

They repaired our van quickly and it now works properly. Satisfied with the repairs. The lock beeper broke and it was an easy fix.

I was pretty nervous buying a car on my own for the first time. My daughter was very protective of me and we both asked a lot of questions. Ellen patiently answered all our question was very re-assuring. She made the whole experience easy. I am very happy with my car.

Fast and courteous

Due to a weird schedule, we had to bring my dogs with us to view the used car we wanted. Ellen let us bring them into the office and even gave them water. We got a great deal on the car, the service was quick and friendly, and we we're even given a gift basket to thank is for our patronage. Couldn't be happier
