A solid choice

Jon was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about the features of the Odyssey van that we ended up purchasing, answering most questions that we had with skill. We are excited to enjoy our new vehicle!

They made buying my first vehicle easy and worry free. With employees being so friendly and making you feel comfortable my experience was awesome. Only being a call , text or email away they always had a quick and positive reply to any questions.

I went into the Honda used lot by mistake looking for a vehicle I saw online. They had the same car out front as the other dealership I was going to go to. When we went in to find out more, Ellen greeted us with a warm smile and handshake. Turns out HONDA had a much better deal for a newer vehicle than I had planned on looking at. Ellen was very relaxed, and informed. She made sure all of our requests and needs were met. I obtained the financing I was looking for without hassle and the new car was well looked over before I picked it up. The exchange was quick and simple. I couldn't have asked for a better sales agent or experience.

I dropped into the Brantford Honda Used Car Dealership to find an SUV that was within my price point. Ellen was very knowledgeable and quickly directed me to three options. She recommend a Honda CRV for its dependability and gas mileage. After taking this vehicle for a test drive, I was sold! Ellen was pleasant to negotiate with. There were no high pressure sales tactics involved. She listened to and addressed any of my concerns and I was able to purchase the CRV being confident that I had made the right choice and that I had received the best value for my budget. Ellen was a great sales consultant. She listened to what we had to say, and helped to make our Honda Odyssey minivan purchase pleasant and stress-free. When we picked up the minivan, she took the time to explain the new features to us which was very helpful since there were many changes from our previous Odyssey.
