I have done a lot of research before I decided to purchase my 2018 Honda CR-V, and I love it ! There is nothing negative that I can say about this vehicle, or about my experience at Palladino Honda : Chase was the salesman that I had the pleasure of dealing with, he was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend dealing with him, he helped me to make some decisions that I wasn’t sure about - and I’m glad I took his advice. Anytime I have called, if he was busy, he responded almost immediately! Once I was done dealing with Chase, I got to meet Denis (the finance guy), and I have to say that he was great, I was a little stressed about the financing aspect of this process, but he made me feel totally at ease, ( felt like I was talking to an old friend) and he worked his magic to get me what I wanted :) I also dealt with Morina, who was very friendly and informative with all of the technology, she did a great job of explaining everything. I’m very impressed with the overall experience, no regrets at all, everyone was awesome !

Slow service

I went in for an oil change only. The advisor promised it would take 45 min. Therefore, I waited for it. I'm sorry that I did because it took more 1.5 hours to complete the work. They overbook in their shop.

Repair to the condenser.

In my opinion I believe that the cost to the condenser and the related costs of installation should be covered by the extended warranty. This is an assembly flaw. The condenser should be protected against stones and other foreign objects.
