Samantha as well as the service manager Brent Bandais surpassed my expectations for service and courtesy. A SPECIAL thanks to Brent for all the understanding and effort to take care of me. I would definitely recommend Saskatoon Motor Products in the future.

I’ve always been treated with such professionalism, I have had work done in service and autobody. I trust there opinions and they are always able to accommodate my time frames! I truly enjoy their customer service!!!!

My repairs were estimated at $400 and came out to $2700. That’s enough said but I’ll detail more about why my experience was terrible below. If you enjoy paying $200 for a part and $2500 for labour this is the dealership for you. They can and will check everything even if it’s completely irrelevant to the issue at hand. You need your breaks checked out? Well enjoy the $300 bill to check your wiper fluid. You need a part replaced? You can absolutely bet they’re checking your spark plugs and billing you working hours while your car sits in a garage. You drop your car off in their lot? Enjoy the $70 bill to drive it inside. This one was my favourite item on the bill: “customer pay shop charges” - $74.83 where I am literally paying to pay them. Absurd, waste of your money, time and will take advantage of you in every way they can. Furthermore, the staff simply cannot answer questions regarding replacements. Ask them why you need something checked or replaced and they will respond with “we don’t know” which is shocking and nerve wracking when that same person is in control of and responsible for fixing your car. They provided dishonest information, indicating they had the parts and then proceeded to order them and charge me for the shipping, where it took an additional week to arrive. I gave explicit instructions not to check certain things because I have recently had repairs on them and they checked them anyways and billed me for labour. They charged for coolant when I filled it up prior to drop-off. It was also delivered 8 days after the promised date (written in the receipt). I can keep listing the ancillary charges but it’s making me sick thinking of how long it will take me to get back on my feet after this visit. Reading the receipt was a gut punch and I hope this at least helps you prepare for what to expect on your visit.
