I added this review two years ago when we had amazing customer service from Tim and the previous store manager, two years later today we went back expecting same service and honestly we are not impressed, we might have got the best deal we could but for some reason we don’t feel happy about the purchase and the sales rep had something to do with us having that feeling, I will stop at this but for my next upgrade i will probably shop around and not default to bytek as I did this time.

Indeed a five stars experience with Bytek Volkswagen. We've been to several dealership since having our first car and I must say Bytek Volkswagen is definitely one of the best so far. We came to appraise our Mazda 3 and see if we can get a bigger car like SUV, since it is much easier to drive during winter. Tim assisted us all throughout the process, showed us several options, and made sure to stick within our budget. He made sure to find the best one that would works for us. I would also like to add how Amanda was very knowledgeable about the Tiguan and made sure to go through every details about the car with us. Jennifer who handles the finance part was also very accommodating and made sure to explain to us all the information needed. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with our 2020 Tiguan and the excellent customer service of the whole team in Bytek.

Amazing service and they gave me a great deal too buying current car. They reassured me on all my questions and needs: I got the exact options I wanted and wasn't pressured at all about the sale. They connected my Car Net, my Bluetooth, showed me the app, how the steering wheel options for the dash appearance works, how to open the trunk, gas cap and hood and so much more. I had the chance to test the AWD during my drive and received the car in less than a week! They dealt with the problems with the SAAQ for me, which was a total hassle for them. They emptied out my car for me and transfered my things to my new car. All in all, I was accompanied through the whole process and they made themselves available to answer my questions even when I was off-site. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! They were honest, reassuring and so helpful.

Not a big VW dealership, but the customer service is excellent. Very happy with how they treat their new and existing customers. Tim, Amanda, Jen, Andy and others are always ready to assist you. Highly recommend.

It was a great pleasure dealing with Bytek and Amanda is a gem! The days of walking on a car lot and picking a vehicle has gone so ordering a vehicle where you have to configure it was difficult for me but Amanda made it easy. The vehicle was delivered earlier than expected and was exactly what I wanted. Thanks again to Bytek and Amanda for wonderful buying experience.
