I can not express how fantastic Bytek Automobiles Inc. are! From the second I walked in the showroom to the glorious moment I picked up my 2023 Jetta Trendline I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you Amanda, Jenn and Andy for making my new car dreams come true just in time for Christmas!

I'm not sure if these reviews are real? 5 stars??? Really? We have had 2 VW tiguans, bought and serviced at Bytek over the past 8 years. Things started great but in the past 2 years, every single time that we have had a service apt, we have been called in the late afternoon stating that they haven't even started working on our car due to backlog from previous days (our apt are usually 1st thing in the morning) and that the car won't be available for pick up that day. On some days, we told them "fine, we will pick up our car and bring it back tomorrow morning" but then we are told that if we do that, we have to rebook an apt several weeks later because they are too busy. The car would just be sitting in their parking lot overnight anyways. Makes no sense at all. We only have 1 car so this is highly inconvenient. We warn them every time that we must have our car back by end of day, and without fail, they tell us late afternoon that they haven't started. It has happened 4 times in the past 2 years. They are the absolute worst for servicing. They are lovely to sell you a car, but just don't get any servicing there. I cannot wait to be rid of this VW so that we can change car brands altogether.

Amanda and the team at Bytek are phenomenal, I purchased a Golf R coming from Toronto. Throughout the whole process, I felt like I was part of a “family”… this team treated me with honesty ( no shady dealer tactics )and respect. They made this purchase very easy and accommodated all my requests without giving me any issues… would I travel 6 hours again to purchase a vehicle again? Absolutely. Thank you all at Bytek for your amazing work.

The team at Bytek was amazing from test drive to purchase to driving off with my first car! Dilhan specifically was super accommodating and great at his job. I was actually able to pick up my car a few days earlier than expected when I asked if it was possible and they changed up their schedule to accommodate that request. All in all great experience at Bytek, everyone involved made it super efficient and stress-free. Happy I went to Bytek for my first car purchase.

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. Ask for Attila, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service. The Bytek Volkswagen team was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see them.

I had a very good experience and excellent communication with Sarah at Bytek. I was advised of all aspects of the work that Bytek, representing VW, could do for me and of the timing and process with leaving my car there. The service was professional, personal and highly knowledgeable.
