A very negative experience. I felt belittled by the staff. My vehicle sat on the lot for a month, before the collision center staff, started the process with SGI. There is a parts crisis, however after the parts arrived, repairs of other vehicles were prioritized even though mine has been sitting on the lot for over 2 months. I have called approximately once a week for a quick update. After the one month mark, it became difficult to find someone to answer. When I call from my place of work however, the call is answered quickly. I was given ridiculous timelines for when my vehicle would be ready. One week I was told a Tuesday which, later turned into the middle of the week, which then turned into the middle of the next week. The beginning of one week to the middle of another is a long gap of time when they have all of the parts. I have yet to get my vehicle back. I will never go back to this dealership for anything.
