Did not meet expectations. Staff is nice but the company standards are not. They don't give you what they promise.

Broken promises

Was promised free first oil change with my new truck so my wife takes truck in when oil change is due and they charge her for oil change she questions someone about it and told to talk to salesman now I have to chase salesman down to get my free oil change I feel this could have been handled better by dealer
