We had an oil change and new wipers

we came because we had a coupon for discounted service. We explained that all we needed was an oil change and new wipers. When we received our bill we had to pay for service we did not need or want. The upside we learned that there is a difference between windshield and rear window wiper.

After seeing how low the brake pads had become over winter [seized] it was great to know that the service people had time to replace the pads and turn the rotors on the same appointment as the oil change.
