Curtis who was the salesperson assigned to us was fantastic and he was 5 stars! Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars for Palladino as a whole for a few reasons. 1) After we made an offer on the vehicle we liked, the manager came in and spoke down to us in a condescending manner which was completely unnecessary, all he had to say is no we can't do that but he went too far. 2) There were extra fees that were added to the price which appear to only be there to be used by the sales people as a bargaining tool since Palladino does not seem to negotiate on the price of the vehicle itself on "used" vehicles. 3) Days after we drove the vehicle off the lots a loud clunking sound began when making a left turn. When we brought the vehicle in the mechanic that was sent out to check out the sound with us was very defensive because his name was on the line since he passed the mechanical on the vehicle and was disrespectful and rude and unwilling to accept that there was a problem which we clearly were able to reproduce several times during the ride. That said Palladino did provide us with a rental vehicle and did get the issue fixed in a timely manner at no cost which we were happy about.
