Vehicles sales experience was amazing. It was quick and fast and I was in my vehicle in no time. Service department, I am not impressed with. I came in with a signal failure. I waited 5 1/2 hours in the lobby for a 30 min fix. I was told “it’s an easy fix and shouldn’t take long” by 2 separate people. So me and my 3 year old daughter waited, waited and waited. Even the other customers noticed how long I was there and felt my frustration from the conversations I had while I sat and waited. Would I go back... probably, BUT I would have much rather been told, take the shuttle home and we will call you when it’s done... rather than have me waiting all day and waste my time.

Took 6 hours for an oil change even with an appointment. EDIT...It just would’ve been nice to have a heads up that it wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day because I gave a specific time that it needed to be done by because I had to go to work. In addition, when I did pick it up I had to turn around 30 seconds later because there was smoke blowing out of my car and wasn’t running properly apparently due to an overfilled and messy oil change, leading to me taking a loaner car and leaving my vehicle over night.

Hello Jessica, I've recently had the chance to review your last visit. I see that, in addition to the oil change, you requested that your winter tires be dismounted and that your summer tires be installed. With a smaller staff due to the Covid 19 outbreak your vehicle did not immediately go into the shop. Nonetheless, we were able to provide the same day service for which we strive. Please keep in mind that currently there are a number of additional precautionary steps that we take for safety that take time. We ensured your wheels were balanced, that your TPMS was reset, and that your vehicle received a proper road test. I do apologize that your wait was longer than what you had anticipated. It is hoped that soon we will be getting back to normal with a full complement of staff and full shuttle service. Currently, however, we still provide oil changes through our Certified Service Express lane and same day service on other maintenance or repairs. I thank you for your business, and we will do our best to ensure your future service needs are met in such a way that it fits conveniently in your busy life.
