Great service! But the parking is brutal... I dread going there

The service is always great. But you have to allow extra time to find parking and often have to block people off just to park. The parking lot is to jam packed... last time I was there we were caught in a traffic jam as there was no loop around as it was blocked off. It took me a 1/2 hour to leave the parking lot

All staff I met or passed while in the building and outside were very friendly and most asked if there was anything I needed or they could help me with. Treated like a somebody. Nice

First oil change for new vehicle. Staff was accommodating and wonderful. Lots of smiles and good knowledge of what needed to be done. Also had reminded me that there was 25percent discount.
