The wait was a little long but the complimentary beverages and TV were nice. Received great service and was even offered to have my car parked on arrival!

Charges on Invoice

Was charged a $6 fee for oil disposal on my last service, when I had declined the oil change as I'd had the oil changed elsewhere. Disappointed.

The first repair was completed with inferior after market parts that changed the ride and driving characteristics of the vehicle. After lots of complaints phone calls/visits the vehicle was repaired to satisfactory condition. I was very disappointed after initial repair but after many visits and phone calls they made it right. Was hard not fixed properly now. Thank you.
