It’s one thing to get charged for a b service if there’s nothing wrong but when we get some work done like brake , changing timing belt don’t u think u could comp the b service charge??? My bill added up to over 1600$ for this visit holy crap I’m not buying a new car here ,that’s like 2 car payments u know. Next vehicle I buy I will consider the height maintenance cost of it Thx for letting me vent have a good day

Service looked at he vehicle quickly to advise us what the problem was & provided a loaner so we could get home.rather than take a chance driving our vehicle & getting stranded.

I brought my car in twice to have the tires replaced. The first appt, I was informed that the tires, which had been ordered, were sold to another customer and would need to be ordered again. The parts advisor was polite and apologetic. Palladino absorbed the cost of one tire to compensate me for my time and the inconvenience, which I appreciate. The second appt, the work order was not properly entered into the system when I dropped the car off at 7:30 am, which meant the job had not been started when I picked the car up at 4:00. The service advisor took responsibility for the error and the service manager prioritized the job, which minimized my wait time. I was impressed by the service advisor's responsibility and accountability and provided the advisor with this feedback. Overall, due to these circumstances, I would rate the experience as average. Most of my experiences with the service dept are excellent. Thanks for taking the time to seek out feedback.

Went out of my way 4 times to leave my van they tried to fix issue by changing door seals and on fourth time they called to say i could pick up van recall was completed but they could not hear the noise so could not fix. My husband had to go and took mechanic for test drive at which time he said he could hear it but not much. After this they said they will contact body shop to see if they could re-adjust door to see if that worked. This was on may 31 still have not heard back from honda to see when they could fix this issue that we have been dealing with for 1 yrs now
