I had a great first experience with buying a brand new car! Something I thought would be very complicated and time consuming turned out to be very easy, and my car was ready with all the bells and whistles two days after I made the decision to buy it. Chase thoroughly explained all of the new technology in the Civic (knowing I was coming from a 2005 Pontiac sunfire), and explained everything in detail that I needed to know about buying a new car. Mike explained the business side of it all to me, and made it all 100x easier to set up my insurance and warranties (with a few laughs along the way, too!) They both answered all of my questions appropriately, were very friendly, and made me feel great about the choice I made (mike and chase, you guys are awesome!) All of the other staff that I had the pleasure of meeting along the way were very pleasant and welcoming as well and I felt as though the staff were as excited for me as I was to pick up my brand new car. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Pushy on sales. I buy top of the line...comes broke..no gas cap....no licence plate ready at pick up, caused me late for work. Go to have gas cap fixed....my warranty to cover a rental car, then they have no rental....for a part not even in when I took my car in to be fixed. Asked for the lawn mower promotion as I purchased my car less then 2 weeks prior...would not give promotion....no more Paladin ever again! Next time I'll take all friends advice....shop north Bay Honda!

Just finished purchasing a 2018 Ridgeline from sales advisor Matt Peattie. He was very professional to deal with and there was no pressure sales tactics . We did have a glitch near the end of the process that may have affected the sale. Matt and the sales manger Cody were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction in very short time.
