Just purchased a 2014 Honda Fit, with low mileage. Very very satisfied with the warranty coverage and extras for 7 years. Thank You for the Good Offer in exchange with my other car.

The first repair was completed with inferior after market parts that changed the ride and driving characteristics of the vehicle. After lots of complaints phone calls/visits the vehicle was repaired to satisfactory condition. I was very disappointed after initial repair but after many visits and phone calls they made it right. Was hard not fixed properly now. Thank you.

They've got a great free beverage selection for while you're waiting, but good lord in heaven Jesus H Murphy they have the most uncomfortable bench/seat/torture sitting device I've ever sat in. There is no way that anyone has sat on that wood contraption in the waiting room and thought 'this is comfortable'. There were times I looked around for a JFL gags camera and crew. Great staff and hospitality.

3 trips to Sudbury which is 2 1/2 hours drive one way and my tail gate is not fixed on my 2015 CRV Touring. Now say parts back ordered until August 10th. The price of gas a trip to Sudbury is not cheap and I have made 3. Nothing against the counter personnal he was very polite and respectful but really August 10th to get a part.
