Recently purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 XLT through Sales Rep Chris Mercer. My time at Honda was warm, friendly, and efficient! I sat down with Chris and told him what I was looking for in a new (to me) vehicle, specifically a truck. Chris was quickly able to come back with several vehicles focused around what I was looking for. He was professional and very knowledgable about not just Honda, but a variety of other makes and models too. Chris made it feel like it was his personal mission to find me the right vehicle! A thank you as well to their Finance Specialist Nicole Nitschkie, who set me up with a great rate, coverage, and payment schedule that fit my needs. If you're looking for a new vehicle, stop in and talk to this team. Even if you're not traditionally a Honda owner, it would be worth your time to see what they can do for you. I know I will next time!

The whole experience of taking my car in for service at Brantford Honda is totally different from other service centres I have been to. The Adviser's are professional, the atmosphere is quiet and there is always something to keep me occupied so that time just seems to fly by.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. Everyone was so helpful. While we waited we were served tea & coffee in a very relaxed atmosphere. All the paper work was explained thoroughly. We were treated like special people. I won an Ipad mini ....I was so excited. The entire experience was wonderful.
