Adam booked in my oil change and service as well I bought new tires. The whole day went smoothly and my car is running great!

Replaced the battery and the part he thought was making the noise. Didn't get the noise the first time and had to return for further investigation.

upon my arrival, Adam greeted me with a smile, and recorded my needs in quick order, He told me my car would be ready in an hour, and it was. Adam treated me with kindness and professionalism. After payment he went the extra mile by walking me to my recently washed car. As I drove from the lot, i truly felt that i was a valued and important client of Brantford Honda.

Staff were very helpful in explaining the problem and recommending a solution. We discussed the option of purchasing the part online which was available at a much lower price but the pitfalls as described by Honda staff were sufficient to lead to a decision to let the dealership order the part. The part arrived the next day, the car was delivered to the shop and returned same day.

Booking my service appointment was very easy and friendly. My car was taken in on time and all appropriate service was carried out to ensure that my Accord was completely safe and reliable. The service advisor was caring and very thorough in his explanation of the work that was to be done. I have been a very happy service and sales customer for over 13 years now..
