Every aspect of our experience was positive - from our first meeting with Scott to the final pickup of our new vehicle. We would highly recommend Scott and Brantford Honda to anyone we know looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. Although it was a very busy day at Honda due to the sales event, Scott, along with Krista and Nicole, provided an excellent level of customer service. The vehicle was ready for pickup when promised and Scott went over all new aspects of the car with us before we left. We look forward to dealing with Scott and Brantford Honda in the future. In the worst part of winter, finding myself without a vehicle after its transmission failed, I was faced with the arduous task of unexpectedly having to shop for a new vehicle. This isn't easy when you don't have a vehicle to drive to DO the shopping. Scott was referred to me by a close friend, and Scott accommodated my evening schedule and even came to my home to pick me up during a snowstorm so that I could test drive vehicles. He answered all my questions and helped me get a vehicle in my price range and in the tight time-frame I had. He made the process enjoyable and smooth. He stayed late on two occasions to make sure all of my needs were met. He is a knowledgeable professional that I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. The new owner's clinic is a great bonus and helped introduce me to the rest of the dealership. Brantford Honda set themselves apart from other dealerships I visited and earned my business.
