Had to come in for service. It was quick, efficient and well done.

Adam was very helpful when I came in. He assisted me with our concerns over the car and was aware of the timeline I had to work with. He checked that the work could be completed within the timeline before continuing with the service. He ensured that I knew what options were available to me and let me know where I was able to wait. When the service was completed, sooner then had been anticipated and within my personal timeline, he again was polite, receptive and helpful. Thank you to all staff at Brantford Honda, we have always had excellent service, while purchasing or seeking service and we continue to come back time and time again because of your treatment of customers. Oil and brake fluid changed, tire rotation. Car went into shop on time and came out as promised. Advised of the trunk latch that need to be replaced . I agreed to get it replaced at a later date .

I went in to get a regular oil change. They ended up finding I needed brake pads on the front and the back. No one is every happy about finding out that it's going to cost you more money than you expected. The good thing is, "touch wood", that my Honda has never given me any need to use roadside assistance.

fast friendly drive in service

I drove into the garage, where it was nice and warm, then provided the information where I was greeted by fast and friendly serviceperson. I went into the waiting area, was able to have a delicious hot coffee, read the newspaper and check my email. By the time I was ready to pull out my book to read...the car was ready to go.

The radiator on my 2005 Honda Pilot was replaced and the passenger side rear brake had a new caliper installed. Everything worked fine after the installation was done. Very pleased with the help of Trevor in service who quarterbacked the whole procedure. Thanks again for a job well done! Doug Crane
