Wonderful experience

Tim made this transaction very enjoyable especially when for the first time I had to buy a car without the help of my husband. Something like this is very scary and Tim made me feel very comfortable. He explained the cost and broke it down step by step which was important. He showed the different options on the car and showed them to me twice which was good because the first day your mind has a lot to take in so was nice to have them explained again when I picked up my new car

Jesse greeted my and was very professional, he found out what I was looking for-quickly put together the numbers for me and answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable in my new car and made me feel like I could come back to him if I had any questions or concerns. All of the other staff that I came in contact with were very courteous, professional and personable. Thanks KIA team! A Great and Positive Experience

Looking for a New vehicle try out Hudsons Listowel Kia,and ask for Jessie. Jessie was very friendly and very helpful through the whole process. He provided great service,always keeping in touch by phone. The paper work was all done and ready for us when we arrived to pick up our New Sorento. He answered all our questions and the whole process went very smoothly. There was no pressure and his main concern was, we be happy with our new vehicle. My experience included taking a car for a test drive, working out financials, working out a trade-in value of my old car, purchasing winter tires and in the end purchasing a car I am completely happy with. Both my dad and I felt valued as customers and that the people at Listowel Kia really valued and wanted our business. I think this is extemely important when purchasing a car, as we had been to a different Kia dealer before we went to listowel. All the people we worked with were very personable and nice to deal with.

Jesse was very thorough in his sales process with us. Providing facts and features of the Sorento. Giving us options of the 2014, Demo units and 2015 models all with different payment schemes for us to choose that one the fit our budget. When confronted with obstacle he found solutions for us. He followed up with us thru the process to get the deal done and make sure we were happy. Great young salesman I appreciate, respect and have learned from. Thanks Jesse Tim Prior

Jesse was extremely prompt in returning my enquiry about the van. He was very helpful in obtaining information about the items required for safety and great about sending the carfax, getting the plates on and ownership transferred. Made the hard decision of deciding who to trust a lot easier as he was very forthcoming about any questions answered. This vehicle was the color, age range, excellent body condition and price range I was looking for. It will be used for animal rescue and I appreciate having a reliable vehicle in good running condition, that is in good shape. I was pleased dealing with Jesse. Hopefully the vehicle is equally reliable.

A Great Experience

We have been driving a Kia Rondo for over 3 years and really like it. The experience at the dealership was very positive. Tim is extremely friendly and outgoing and very knowledgeable about the 2014 Rondo. It was a stress-free experience which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks Tim!
