enjoyable experience

Tim's sense of humor and ability to handle jokes made the experience enjoyable. Tim and Todd were very knowledgeable about Kia's products and warranty. Hudson's Listowel Kia has met all our expectations for the purchase of our new vehicle.

Surprised beyond belief!

I was skeptical about KIA having test drove one about 9 years ago and wasn't impressed. My husband and I happened to be in Listowel selling my Taurus and decided to check KIA out. Tim met us almost before our feet hit the pavement. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered. He put us in a pre-owned 4 cyl. Sorento and then a 6 cylinder Soreto to compare. My husband and I were so impressed, we bought it with a phonecall. Tim handled everything by phone and then looked after my buyer as well!!! Very friendly. In fact, all the Listowel KIA people were genuinely happy to see us and smiling whether we were looking or not. Looking forward to continuing this pleasant experience when I visit for service. When an accident leaves you with the unexpected situation of needing a car, it's hard to think of a positive outcome. However, that is what happened after dealing with Tim at Hudson's Listowel Kia. The service and advice I received made my decision so much easier. Tim took the time to answer all my questions and give suggestions without being pushy. He was kind and funny with my kids (who voted him best Salesman!) We felt comfortable and cared for through the entire experience and love our new Kia Rhondo. I will recommend Tim and Listowel Kia to others!

We were in the market for a used car and were having a look at the 2012 Kia Rondos on the lot . Tim came out and greeted us and offered any assistance we needed . He was able to answer our questions . We decided that this was the car we were looking for and were able to make a deal . He then took me around to meet the various service advisors , parts staff and gave me other information about the dealership and rewards program . Overall a very good experience .
