The Whole experience was great. I originally came in to talk to George since i dealt with him for my first car. He is no longer a Salesman but a Manager so he showed me to Jarrett and said i would be taken care of. He was not pushy asked what i needed and took it from there. It wasn't easy dealing with me since I was never in Windsor so him keeping tabs and letting me know on current promos/incentives was great.

Dave walked us through the entire process, explaining every detail on the car. Even when I questioned the tinting job on the windows he said if it doesn't correct itself he would take care of it next week.

Probably the very best car buying experience in my 50 or so years purchasing new cars or trucks has been with the new Provincial Chrysler. The mood, the professionalism, and all around customer service says a lot for the atmosphere when you walk through the doors of the Dealership. The whole staff should be commended.
