Purchase a new vehicle

Our experience with Provincial Chrysler for the purchase of our new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan was overall a very good one ,. From the moment we drove to the dealership we were greeted wi thknowledgeable friendly staff. We felt no pressure from the salesman to purchase and they were willing to negotiate the price we had in mind to buy a new van. I would recommend Provincial Chrysler to our friends and family. We are enjoying the new van very much .

From our first interaction with Bill Forsyth, to our final handshake upon driving away with our new vehicle, my wife and I were both impressed and very pleased with Bill's professionalism. His willingness to work with us and our schedules, listen to any concerns about our intended purchase (and fix them) and get us the vehicle we wanted at the right price was refreshing and appreciated! There were no high pressure tactics and the whole process was straightforward and uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend Bill and Provincial Chrysler to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle.....you won't be disappointed!

I have been purchasing vehicles from the dealership since 2005 and in particular the Sales Manager, John Skelton. I have always been very impressed with all aspects of his customer service, albeit before, during or after the sale.

Purchase modification suggestion

Kevin suggested a alternative purchase plan to minimize my cash outlay so we specked an order for delivery in October / November . System did not open for 124's so he found a vehicle in Toronto with more options but a lower purchase / payment schedule.
