Amazing, treated as though I were an old friend, salesman and customer service second to none.

This was my first new car purchase on my own and was a bit nervous about what to expect and also wanted to be taken seriously. My salesman, Dave Hensman was courteous, professional and extremely helpful, he put me at ease immediately. Our communication back and forth prior to my visit to the dealership was both thorough and timely. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport Altitude on that visit and am more than happy with the deal I made. Upon pickup of vehicle Dave sat in the car with me and went through describing all the features and answered all the questions I had very patiently and thoroughly. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely purchase from Provincial Chrysler again in the future.

All of the employees I had met with at Provincial were great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They really took the time to make everything clear. I got a fantastic deal on my car and I am loving it ! Definitely recommend Provincial Chrysler ( Bill especially since I worked with him the most) to friends/family. I will continue to bring my car and future cars there for service as well! Thank you Provincial for helping me find a great car that works for me ! :)

Service and patience

Kevin works hard to provide the customer with all possible information regarding the vehicles being considered for purchase. He responds quickly to requests and inquiries. He is at the disposal of the customer when test drives are requested and he is willing to consider write all serious offers for a vehicle. The day of delivery he spent 45 minutes reviewing and explaining the car's features. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Refused Service

These guys are brutal. Because I used a big boy word in dialogue they refused to do a warranty repair on my truck. The oldest trick in the book, frustrate the customer, wait for them to get mad, and when the use a "swear word"(heaven forbid I didn't know I was in a church), they refuse you service. And the nice thing was when I posted my frustration on my FB dozens of other people with similar issues came forward, so it's not just me. Great job AJ Duch on providing 0 service. Not sure how you're a manager with that level of conflict resolution. Furthuremore, AJ Duch threatened to use bill 168 on me. This proves the level of lack of knowledge on AJ's part. Way to make something out of nothing, and for not helping yet another unsatisfied customer. Avoid this place at all costs for any services. The sales team is awesome, service not so much.

Dont want to get anyone in trouble but the service was horrible. Dates of pick-up were s changed. When I picked up the jeep I was handed one key, 1/4 tank of gas, plates and plate cover were missing, tint not done and trade in value was $1000 short.
