During the purchase of my vehicle, the sales associate was excellent! She was friendly, informative, and really listened when it came to what I was looking for within my budget! She found it! The finance manager was also excellent - friendly and informative!

I am always pleased with the service that I receive at Provincial. They try to meet my needs and go the extra step to achieve that. John Skelton & Morgan Stewart are top notch sales personnel, who I would recommend to anyone else, and have already done that. James Ross made sure that everything was explained to me regarding financing the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about any questions that I had.

From the very beginning of my visit to the very end of my visit to Provincial Chrysler I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect, which had been sorely lacking at other dealershipside I had visited. I highly recommend Anne Krolik as a salesperson to anyone shopping her, as she is as honest and kind as they come. If you need financing, then James Ross is definitely quick and painless. I've never dealt with anyone who manages to blend efficiency and an easy going, kind attitude so effectively. If you're looking for a Chrysler this is the place to go!
