I purchased a truck from this dealership a few months ago, but I wanted to wait before leaving a review until I had experienced their service department, as that's often where dealerships fall short. Right from the start, I was pleased. The service advisor, Derrick, listened attentively to all my concerns about the truck. He even walked around with me so I could show him all the issues it had. This personalized attention was far better than what I experienced at another dealership (Mercedes...). One issue the truck had was a door rattle when driving. It didn’t happen all the time, but when it did, it was really annoying. The technician who worked on the vehicle (whose name I unfortunately don't recall #483) took his time and managed to locate and fix the issue. These rattles are notoriously difficult to diagnose, as they occur under different driving conditions and temperatures. I was also pleased that when I picked up the truck, the technician walked out with me and showed me around to confirm that all the issues were fixed. Overall, it was an excellent service experience. The sales experience was also top-notch. Dave Dalvi took his time to explain all the features of the truck to me (he was very knowledgeable), and the whole sales process went smoothly.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Divyanshu at Jackson's Toyota, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. One of the things that stood out to me about Divyanshu was his deep knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he was able to recommend several options that were a perfect fit for me. He was patient and attentive throughout the entire process, never once making me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. In addition to his expertise, Divyanshu demonstrated outstanding professionalism and integrity. He was transparent about pricing and financing options, and he worked diligently to ensure that I got the best possible deal on my new car. He was upfront about any additional fees or charges, and he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Jackson's, thanks to Divyanshu. He made the car buying process easy and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks to Divyanshu, I drove off the lot feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased my first car, Toyota RAV4 from Jackson’s Toyota. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Shawn Element. Easily the best service I have had in and around GTA and central Ontario. He made the process so smooth and made it easier for me to purchase my first car. Shawn was genuine and had clarity about the information provided and was transparent and honest in all his dealings, providing me with clear explanations of pricing, financing options, and any additional fees. His integrity is commendable and greatly appreciated. He also took time to explain the features of the car, maintenance info, what comes with Toyota and what Jackson’s had to offer. Also a big shout out to Cindy Wiley for efficient paper work and making the purchase a smooth and pleasant experience.

My experience with Jackson’s Toyota was really amazing. Bill helped me with car booking. He is really nice and awesome man to work with. Danielle was my financial advisor. Every time I met her, she greeted me with smile on face no matter how busy she is. The whole staff was really nice but Bill and Danielle are amazing.
