With the wait times for certain Toyota models, we didn’t have much of a choice of dealership to pick from that had stock. Our sales person was pleasant enough to work with, and as we took over a different person’s order, we were required to take the accessories that they had ordered too. We noticed that the communication between departments and leadership was severely lacking as we asked for a one thing to be set up before taking ownership of the vehicle. We were informed it wasn’t available on this model by the service department (not true as it states it’s available in the manual). We were then reached out to by the general sales manager reminding us that perfect scores on the survey are what they expect and to let them know what they need to do to make it right, we let him know our experience and the sour taste that was left. Unfortunately the response we got was “Great to hear, Once again thank you very much for your business.” If a different dealer had the vehicle we wanted, we would have chosen a different place to spend our money

I had a great experience buying my new car from Jacksons Toyota. Our sales man Divyanshu soni provided with great service and made sure everything is taken care so nicely. He went above and beyond to fulfill his commitment from his side and made everything so smooth and hassle free for us. Really thankful to Divyanshu soni.

Salesperson was helpful and overall experience was amazing. First time Toyota buyer and my wife and I were treated respectfully. Unlike other dealers from past experience, we were contacted promptly, no one was pushy, no pressure, a very relaxing and smooth transaction from start to finish. Special thanks to Bimal and Cindy for making this our best experience.
