OH MAN! Stay AWAY!!!!! Kenny santana service advisor is soo rude!!! no customer service to be handling customers. Not to mention the service manager she is so insane. I would not recommend this place, do not bother taking in your car for repair.

I had a fantastic experience at Jackson's Toyota while purchasing my 2024 RAV4 Hybrid, all thanks to an amazing salesperson, Bimal. He was attentive, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for in a car. Bimal’s expertise and positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable. Thank you for making my car purchase a wonderful experience!

My experience to service my 2020 REV could have been a pleasant experience until I met the service manager Tara today. Previously with the former managers, whenever the repair bill total exceeded $1,000, they always gave me some discount either voluntarily or by request. Even it could be symbolic, it was a token of mutual respect. Before we had light conversation with jokes, never unpleasant. I have been with their customer for over 19 years. Sometimes, Newmarket Toyota serviced my cars with a slightly cheaper price. Whenever I showed my bill from Newmarket, Barrie’s Toyota dealer expressed they wanted to have my business and could match Newmarket price. I came to Jackson’s Toyota mostly because I live in Barrie. My service today including regular check-up, oil change, brake lubrication, motor oil change, 3 wiper blades and brake fluid change. The total was $1,058.87, which could be deemed as a large amount. To save cost for the dealer, i did not requested their free Uber shuttle service to and from my home. This cost could be $30. I have repeatedly requested them to consider offering me a discount. The service rep said he could not and asked me to talk with his service manager face to face. When I saw the service manager, there was no friendly smile, no hand shake, but a very stern face. I explained to her all my reasons for requesting a discount. I thought a typical manager would offer a discount during a face to face conversation for this kind of situation. She said she was sticking to her gun and not to offer me any discount even after I said “this is a two-way street, you could lose me as a customer.” I do not know if it is a matter of people’s skill or simply distain to me because she said “I just do not want to offer you any discount today”. Jackson Toyota would typically give customers their money credit called points from repairs. I received it before every time. But I did not receive any today. But I believe I am supposed to get those points. For my last visit, this dealer was kind to voluntarily use some of my points to pay most of my repair. In the past, I always received their report of vehicle inspection and four wheel alignment. Today, I got none. My visit to this dealer sounded very weird. As their customer for many years, I just fell all the sudden they do not value my visit and not even show respect to me.

Chris was an awesome sales representative to work with! He provided such a fun test driving experience when I was looking at Corolla Cross/RAV4 options. Ultimately, I purchased another vehicle, but his customer service, care to detail, follow up, and easy going attitude was what made me want to write this review. Awesome person to work with, make sure to ask for him!

I went to this place for an oil change for the first time in my life. They fooled me and did something called a fuel injection service without telling me the actual price. In the end, I was forced to pay $579, including the oil change. It was the worst experience of my life. I will never go there again.

Jackson's Toyota would not cut/program aftermarket keys and fobs for my Toyota Sienna, that I had purchased. To be more precise, the parts/service people WERE willing to help, and an appointment WAS scheduled for me. During the scheduling, i provided the vehicle VIN along with my personal info (see below). Then, while being transferred between departments once again, I became disconnected from talking with the dealership people on the phone. Upon being disconnected, I began receiving dismissive texts from Stacey Turner. Stacey completely disregarded all of the discussion up to that point as if it was totally meaningless - the following are two text messages from the text interface between Stacey and myself. Stacey's text: "Hello i just talked to my parts department and we cannot program after market key fobs -- Stacey Turner" My direct response to the above text: "I just spoke with a person on the phone at your dealership who told me that it's no problem at all as long as the fobs are correct, irrespective of the fact that they're after market. Moreover, an appointment was made for me for Tuesday, September 24, at 9:30am. I provided my Vin, trim, personal info, etc." After a very short exchange, Stacey ultimately refused to help me even though others there were willing to. The good news is that I ultimately was helped. In fact, Richmond Hill Toyota had no problem whatsoever with providing me the service of programming the keys and fobs that I purchased for my Sienna. I live in Wasaga Beach, and although driving to Richmond Hill is not convenient, I will always bypass Jackson's Toyota and go to Richmond Hill Toyota, instead. Jackson's had the opportunity to make a loyal customer out of me by helping me; but evidently, Stacey speaks for Jackson's and has a final word above and beyond that of the others I spoke with, and she has shown that she has no interest in helping me, whatsoever. Save yourself from being made to feel unimportant and overlooked at Jackson's. Try another dealership - you probably can't do any worse. My recommendation for Toyota product coupled with excellent service and follow-through is Richmond Hill Toyota.
