Shout out to Dennis in the parts department. I live in Texas and recently purchased two Grand Highlanders within 5 months. I was looking for cargo mats that covered the cargo deck and the backs of the third row seats. They are not available in the US. My son spotted them in a forum that showed them available at Jackson. Dennis was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to get them shipped promptly. He gladly answered questions and kept me informed on the status of my order. Thanks for great customer service, Dennis.

With the wait times for certain Toyota models, we didn’t have much of a choice of dealership to pick from that had stock. Our sales person was pleasant enough to work with, and as we took over a different person’s order, we were required to take the accessories that they had ordered too. We noticed that the communication between departments and leadership was severely lacking as we asked for a one thing to be set up before taking ownership of the vehicle. We were informed it wasn’t available on this model by the service department (not true as it states it’s available in the manual). We were then reached out to by the general sales manager reminding us that perfect scores on the survey are what they expect and to let them know what they need to do to make it right, we let him know our experience and the sour taste that was left. Unfortunately the response we got was “Great to hear, Once again thank you very much for your business.” If a different dealer had the vehicle we wanted, we would have chosen a different place to spend our money
