I brought home a 2024 Corolla hybrid in mid April of this year and was very pleased with the whole experience. I appreciated that there was never any selling pressure when I first visited the dealership to explore the different models. I ordered my car in June of 2023 and I love it. Jackson's kept me up to date regularly on the status of the car from order date to it arriving. Before I drove it home they provided a thorough detailing of the cars features and encouraged me to contact them if I had any subsequent questions.

Have dealt with many dealerships over 40 years. This purchase with Jacksons Toyota was by far the best. Very professional, helpful staff all around. They kept us up to date through the whole process. Great dealing with Bill Loughead and Anthony Casy. Thank you for taking good care of us. We love our new Tundra. This will be the only dealership we use from now on.

Just bought our new Rav 4 with Divyanshu Soni and he was great and helped us all the way through. When a couple problems occurred within the service department with my other Toyota he made sure that we were taken care of for both vehicles.
