Parts department is so helpful. I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he made me feel very comfortable. I had a part on back order that wasn't even in the system and when I showed him my bill of sale he ordered me a new one right away and even installed it for me. You don't get that level of customer service anymore!!

I was very pleased with Derrick and Dominic in the service department today. They worked hard to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I picked up my car and was surprised to see it had been given a complimentary car wash. Derrick was excellent at persevering at trying to figure out what the problem was with my hybrid vehicle. Jackson's badly damaged my summer rims before I had the chance to even use them (I purchased in the fall and had winter wheels put on). Instead of replacing them, they told me they would do three detailing (obviously because this would be cheaper for them). I just tried to use one of the detail sessions, and was told it would now be the only one I could get. So, if they damage your vehicle, don't compromise with them. Make sure they repair the damage. They will not honor any other agreement made. **** Interesting note: if you really want to see what they're like, check all the reviews. They only ever respond to the positive ones and they completely ignore anything negative. They obviously could not care less.

While the staff at Jackson' Toyota were friendly, my overall experience was disappointing. Despite paying via direct deposit, I encountered significant delays in receiving my car, which inconvenienced me for several days. Additionally, I was pressured into paying $380 for Roof Rack Cross Bars, which I later discovered were not even installed upon returning to collect my car, necessitating an additional four-hour trip. Furthermore, I was surprised to be charged for parking upon releasing my vehicle, as this fee was not disclosed to me at any point during the transaction. Improved communication regarding service timelines and additional charges would greatly enhance the customer experience .
