BEWARE OF THE SERVICVE DEPARTMENT. We have several personal and business Toyota vehicles and have been coming to Jackson Toyota since 2008 for oil changes. We dealt with Dan for many years for oil changes and the service was great. A few years ago the people a Jackson found it necessary to let Dan go. Since then the service has been horrible. I have had 5 occasions when the oil changes were completed improperly. On 2 occasions the vehicle was overfilled and the oil had to be drained. On one occasion the wrong oil was put in the vehicle. On one occasion the drain plug was not installed properly and the vehicle leaked oil. On the last occasion my wife brought in her new vehicle in with only 12,000 km for an oil change. Afterwards the vehicle leaked oil everywhere on the driveway and along the bottom of the vehicle and when we brought it to another repair shop it was found the drain plug was only screwed in by 2-3 threads. Had the plug become dislodged the engine would have drained oil and seized. When we contacted the service manager on 2 occasions regarding these problems, the only thing we were told was he was sorry we had a bad experience. No offer for a free oil change. No offer that the service department would be investigated. No mention of properly train the people in the service department. Just your standard "sorry for your experience" remark. I won't buy a vehicle at Jackson because their sales people are rude. Now I won't be getting my vehicles serviced there either. By the way, the independent repair shop I have dealt with for 10 years was also $20 cheaper for an oil change. !!!!

Had an amazing experience at the dealership and special thanks to Divyanshu, who went above & beyond his duty to get the car i wanted and making sure that the whole buying process was smooth. Their customer service is top notch starting from sending the car video before arriving at the dealership to a heartwarming thank you message after it has been picked up. Will choose Jackson Toyota for my car purchase in the future as well.

We purchase a Toyota Tacoma and could not be happier. Big thanks to Shawn for excellent sales service, 2nd to none, answered all our questions and made the deal smooth and fair. He also stays in touch for questions after purchase which is great. Also thanks to Cindy who made the financial paper work easy and clearly explained. We are from out of town and this is our first Toyota. We feel because of the service of these staffers, we will return for our next Vehicle.

The process of purchasing a new vehicle can be overwhelming, but with Jackson's Toyota and Shawn Element guiding us through the process was a combination of no pressure sales and actively listening to his customers, this is something that is difficult to achieve and Shawn is a true professional with an on the level approach. The entire Jackson's team were instrumental from our first time walking into the dealership to driving our new 2024 RAV4 Hybrid Limited off the lot and keeping us updated in between. We would also like to thank Anthony Casey, General Sales Manager, and Cindy Wylie, Financial Services Manager. Oh, I almost forgot, we love our new Toyota.
