From start to finish the experience was wonderful never did I feel pressured or pushed into making a decision, I am very happy with my vehicle and so happy they made it happen.

cory was great! He waited for me even though he was done. And he had the car already to go. He listened to me, and my previous experiences. And did his best to satiisfy my requests. I would recommend him to anyone. Im happy with stratford Kia. And would definately go back.

Truck was not ready when it was suppose to be. Lady who went for licence plates and transfer had problem but did not call to say vehicle would not be done. Had to sit there at dealership for more than 2 hours while things got straightened out. Was told Manager would call to apologize and send us free service coupon but never heard from anyone or received anything

Timothy made the experience of purchasing my 2016 Kia Sorento easy, pleasant and not stressful. He didn't hound me every day with phone calls. That is the main reason I chose Stratford Kia. The only thing I would have liked, phone call wise, was an update as to when my roof rails would be in. I ordered them when I purchased the Kia at the beginning of August and have yet to receive them. Timothy is a very nice Sales Representative. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
