I was trading in my 2006 Pacifica and was looking for a mid size car. The staff at the dealership were very helpful and knowledgeable which made the decision a lot easier. We ended up getting a 2015 Optima and I LOVE it! Great car!!

Stratford Kia is a great place to buy a new or used vehicle. Fantastic sales team, out going, no pressure, and very helpful. Stratford Kia seems to work around the clock to meet your needs. I took my 2012 Sorrento in for service at Hudson's in Stratford and got talking to Cory in the sales area. Bottom line he sold me a new Sorrento very easily. There is a lot to like and he is an excellent salesman.

My mind was set on the Kia Rio. I knew what I wanted and my sales person made it happen. He answered all my questions and got me the exact car that I wanted in less then three days. Now that is what I call exceptional service.

Generally a good experience except for the discrepancy between the sales department and accounting department price sheets a week apart. Not a huge dollar difference, but aggravating and it soured what would have otherwise been a very positive experience.
