Can't get a return phone call to fix my key that hasn't worked since the day we picked up the car.

I've been in to service three times, and have called in twice to try to get a fix for my key that hasn't worked since we picked up our rondo. I've also emailed the salesperson that sold us our car. No responses just discussions on the phone with service and a promise to fix it. I've been waiting since November.

Steve was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. When he did not know what we wanted to know he found out and got back to us. He took his time to show us everything about the new car including the full manual. The dealership helped in everyway possible when we had an issue with changing the information screens in the car from fahrenheit to celsius. Dealership is bright, clean and friendly. Have dealt with Sean, Dave, Steve, the finance lady and the manager and all have been friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Very professional with a personal feel. No pressure to buy anything. Kind and considerate. The whole team was helpful, but Cory made a point to be the best he could be and help me get the car I wanted.

I like to take my time to make big decisions. It took me about two or three months to decide on which van that I wanted to buy. Stratford Kia made it so easy as they were the most relaxed dealership that I had dealt with. Cory was not pushy in any way. He is the reason why I bought a Kia. He is the reason that when my husband needs a different vehicle, we will be going to Stratford Kia. We will go right to Cory.

So happy with my new Forte Koup from Hudson's Kia in Stratford!!

I made a decision walking into the dealership that I had wanted to purchase a new Koup! While I was at the dealership another couple was also their to purchase a new Forte Koup. Both myself and the couple had wanted the same colour but there was only one... Being the second one to arrive at the dealership that day I missed out and had to choose another colour or walk away. Cory being the great salesman had tried his very best to see if the couple would consider one of the other colours they had on the lot. Even though I had miss out on the colour of car I had wanted I left the dealership happy! And full of laughter! Cory: 'How soon do you want to pick up your new car?' My response: 'As soon as I know that colour of Koup is off the lot and paid for!' Cory and Suzie stayed late to get the finances worked out. When I picked up my new Koup there were balloons by the car waiting! Cory followed up with the sale ensuring I was still happy with everything! In all, I'm so happy I was able to purchase my very first new vehicle from Cory at Hudson's Kia! Highly recommend Cory to others!

We needed a new car immediately, and right from the first moment we walked into KIA, until we drove off in our new 2016 KIA Rio, it was absolutely awesome. John our sales rep answered ALL our questions and helped us find the car that was right for our needs. The Staff and Service department have been knowledgeable and great in helping us with every detail. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle at KIA Stratford!!! Thanks John!
