my experience at Stratford Kia was awesome , John was very polite and went above and beyond to show me how to access bluetooth, etc. Very nice young man as well as all the staff in Stratford Kia. The car is pretty sweet as well!! :)

When my car was stolen in Dec, 2015, and it had to be replaced, I contacted the sales rep, Steve Smith. Steve worked at another dealer when I purchased that particular car. Due to his extreme professionalism, I wanted to be able to outline exactly what my wants and financial situation was and have everything fulfilled without any negative experience. Once again Steve did just that and I recommended his services to others since. If I could remember how to put a happy face emoticon here I would. :)

We had a salesperson ready immediately to give us details and have us take it for a drive. Also it was ready for pick up so quickly. The instruction about the car was also good before we took it home. It all went so fast.

After visiting 10 other dealerships over the course of two weeks, we popped into the Larry Hudson Kia in Stratford. I did not wish to waste anyone's time so I started off by advising what I wanted my monthly payment to be, and what features were "must haves". Steve Smith pointed us in the right direction, showed us the vehicles available at our price point, explained the various specials that were on, and went through the options with us. We were pleasantly surprised with the Optima and we signed the paperwork to purchase. This was on a Thursday night and Stece moved mountains to have the car ready for Saturday. The car drives like a dream, the price point was unbeatable, and the service was wonderful. After visiting a number of other dealerships first, the things that stood out for me were that Steve listened to what we wanted, he gave us options, he didn't try to push us into another direction to meet his quota (which we did experience previously), and once the paperwork was signed, the service continued. It was a pleasure buying our vehicle from Steve at Larry Huddon Kia.

We were very pleased with the help and friendly people who sold us out used Dodge Journey. We were not pressured in any way, and we love our "new to us" vehicle. Would definitely recommend Hudson's Kia, and Steve Smith who helped make our purchase a very pleasant experience

Working with Cory was a pleasant experience. I was interested in a used trade in, and when I told him what I was able to afford, he was very accommodating. He worked with me to make sure I got the term length I wanted, at a reasonable rate. If you go to this dealership, I'd recommend asking for Cory.
