My experience with SMP was fantastic and rewarding. Steve J and his team worked almost 3 days on a deal that I was comfortable with and at the end of the day I drove away with a new 2020 Equinox Primier. I am very happy with my deal. Thanks SMP staff you are awesome . Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Cheers

I drove into the city without the intention of buying a newer vehicle. I was taking my husband in for a medical appointment. Well my car was sounding like the engine was about to vomit metal. I took my car to a service station with the hope that it was something minor and that they would be able to fix it within a couple of days. They wouldn't be able to even look at it for another week. Here I am stuck in the city, scared to take my car back on the highway to take my husband home. It was 4:30 on a Thursday and I knew that the hopes of finding another service station would be impossible. The sound my car was making was getting more severe, it was snowing and cold. I thought about my last experience buying a vehicle with SMP, I turned to my husband and said " I guess we are going to have to upgrade our vehicle for something that is more reliable" Saskatchewan in the winter can be brutal. Considering that I have to have a reliable vehicle for work, the discussion ended with us agreeing to go see the people at SMP. The sales team were absolutely awesome. I told them what I wanted and needed in a newer vehicle. Alistair G. went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our new vehicle. Kelly P. in financing went into high gear and within a few hours we were on the road to home. I will give SMP a 5 star rating, as there is no words to explain what a great team effort was made by everyone involved in our purchase.

I was able to walk in and out with no problems at all. Jami was able to set me up with a car that I wanted and she explained everything that helped me understand exactly what I was getting! Kelly, the finance manager, was full of energy that made the wait worth all the while!

After a bit of a fiasco getting the brakes on our truck redone on Friday, the brake fluid leaked out while driving our kids to school this morning (Monday)!! Poor service on Friday was one thing, but putting our family at risk today, so unacceptable. And now we can’t get through to service department or a manager!!! Don’t go here!!

Hello, thank you for allowing us to be your dealer, and for letting us take care of your service requirements. Recently, your vehicle was brought in for brake replacement and service, which included replacing a seized rear caliper. The brake fluid leak you noticed was due to insufficiency in the copper washers that came with the new caliper. Once we replaced those washers with another set, the problem was completely corrected. We do have comprehensive and robust procedures in place to track, administer, and minimize the number of "comebacks". Our Service Manager, Stacy Harder, was involved in your case from start to finish. A low brake fluid warning can be alarming, and I am sorry you had to be subjected to it. Now that the brakes have been taken care of, we should take care of the other outstanding safety issues we have brought to your attention. Please let me know if you need any assistance.
