When it came time to buy a new Chevy truck, I looked at only one dealership. Angela made the buying process one of my best experiences. Actually the whole staff is amazing and makes you instantly feel like a very valued customer. Very fair value for my trade which made negotiating a breeze.

This place is the place to go. Wither it's for your first vehicle, a trade in. They give you a chance at making that new chapter happen. They believed in me and made things happen. Tyson is a 110% top notch sales person and he has my business for getting a vehicle for life. Wont be going anywhere else. Logan in finance was easy peasy to deal with. The two gentlemen had you feeling like family. So same as Tyson, Logan will be the only finace person I'll be dealing with. Thank you so much đź’“.

I recently purchased a car from Kier at SMP and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, he did a solid job of closing the sale and getting me into a vehicle I’m happy with. His enthusiasm and persistence definitely helped move the process along, and I can’t complain about the end result. However, his communication was a real letdown. Updates were sporadic, and I often had to chase him down for basic information, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. On top of that, he frequently tried to answer questions about the car and financing, a huge part of the sale, that he didn’t fully understand, and it was obvious he was out of his depth. I asked to speak to the finance manager that he was constantly running to, but he said he was to busy and the other 2 were on vacation and other one quit. Sure, then allow me to wait for someone knowledgeable in that department. He bit off more than he could chew. I’d give him credit for effort, but it would’ve been better if he’d just admitted when he didn’t know something and found the right person to help instead. Overall, he’s a decent salesman if you can overlook the poor communication and occasional overconfidence. On the other hand, Isaiah the finance manager, was exceptional. He was not pushy, informative, transparent, and extremely friendly. Overall was good, I got the car I wanted, just could of went without the extra inconvenience.

If you make a mess changing the oil clean it up. That looks horrible on a vehicle you’ve only ever changed the oil in. Not impressed
