Blair was very knowledgeable and had, or found an answer to, every possible question I had about the Q3. He was courteous and polite in his interactions with me, and contrary to my experience with sales people at other luxury dealerships, Blair remained humble in his interactions. This kept me coming back rather than having me run away. Blair was pleasantly proactive in reaching out to me and responding to my inquiries. He definitely made the sales experience a memorable one.
