Felt unappreciated and not wanting to go back, ever!

Presale-okay considering i knew pretty well what I wanted and how much I was expecting to pay; post sale follow up: mediocre, I was left to follow up on status of delivery; registration transfer: incorrect assumptions made that a new set of plates would be arranged even though I had mentioned wanting to keep mine; car pick: rushed, not very informative, confusion re location of my summer tires, no real welcome package, made me feel less than welcome or appreciated; after sale: no personal follow up; after sale survey phone call left a bad taste in my mouth and felt more like an interrogation than a curtesy call to better understand my feedback with caring and thoughtful conversation.

Best location in the West end to purchase an Audi, newly renovated and very nice. Great service and friendly staff. Good wifi speeds as well.

I had to find out how to use the infotainment system in the AUDI Q8 and, I can tell you, it wasn't user-friendly.

Kirk convinced me to buy an unwanted car. After the test drive I didn’t want to proceed. Yet, he waited for few days and then called, again he managed to make me buy the car as I was in a great need for one.
