Smooth process

I was treated with the utmost respect through out the process and it was quite stressless for me. The car was demoed to me during and before the test drive and again an orientation upon receipt of the car which demystified the car some what as to be quite comfortable taking it off the lot...thx Jim

My experience with saleswoman Deborah Purdy was totally hastle- and stress-free for me. It included negotiating a trade-in, test drive and purchase of a Q5. No problems arose during or since this purchase leaving me completely satisfied and happy with my new vehicle.

Amazing service every time I’ve been in. Always friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. I’ve always been kept in the loop by email or phone call when my car is in for service.
